I am so hungry. My new diet has helped me lose some unwanted weight, but all I think about is food. I have missed it and want to devour everything in sight. I am daydreaming about biting into a nice piece of soft French bread or some pasta with sauce and cheese. I am actually tasting it in my mouth and imagining how wonderful it is. It brings a smile to my face. My friend has a big plate of delicious, very tempting food in front of him. “Whatcha thinking about?” he asks. “Oh nothing”, I say. I am jealous as I devour my grilled salmon and zucchini.
